Inspired by the Thai tradition of Loy Krathong, Kratong is a dining experience rooted in balance, gratitude, and new beginnings. The calm elegance of the lotus guides the restaurant’s atmosphere — serene, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed for relaxed dining.
At the heart of the kitchen is Chef Niran Som Boon, whose two decades of culinary experience shape a menu that honours authentic Thai flavours. Each dish is carefully prepared using time-honoured techniques, focusing on bold yet balanced taste, fresh ingredients, and comforting familiarity. From aromatic curries and delicately steamed dishes to vibrant salads and classic Thai desserts, the menu reflects the diversity and depth of Thai cuisine.
Guided by the philosophy of Gin Dee, Yoo Dee (Eat Well. Live Well.), Kratong brings together traditional recipes and modern refinement, offering food meant to be shared, savoured, and enjoyed in good company.
